Cardiovascular rehabilitation can help those who have heart disease, or those at risk, to reduce the risk of future cardiovascular episodes and improve overall health. Our goal in physical therapy is to improve the client's aerobic capacity, strength, lifestyle, and educate the client on how to monitor to their heart rate based on their activity level.An individualized treatment plan that includes supervised exercise program,

Pulmonary rehabilitation helps patients increase awareness of their lungs in regards to performing activity. Pulmonary rehab also helps patients improve overall pulmonary function. Pulmonary rehabilitation is beneficial for patients with pulmonary conditions. In chest physical therapy, the therapist uses various airway clearance techniques to drain the lungs. These techniques may include: percussion, vibration, deep breathing, and huffing or coughing.
